Social Service Related Training
Are you aspiring to work in social services, a beginning social service professional, or have a social service agency in need of guidance? If so, Branches has quality focused social service (licensed) professionals that may be able to help. Training spans the full spectrum of services, from engagement skills to staff safety to treatment planning and other documentation. Contact Branches for an individualized quote.
Online Guidance and Training
This is not clinical supervision. Most states do not allow distance supervision. This is intended as brief professional guidance and coaching to social service professionals. Contact Branches to see if a professional is available for your specialty.
In-person Training
A Branches professional, licensed, trainer/consultant will develop an individualized curriculum for your facility/agency. This can span the spectrum of social service topics but our most common request is for documentation and treatment plan training.
Joint Commission and Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) experienced professionals are available to help your team.
Supervision
Professional clinical supervision is available but must be conducted in-person to guarantee it will meet your licensing requirements. Contact Branches with your location to see if a clinical supervisor is available in your area.
Workforce or Workplace Development
Professional counselors often work with businesses to identify/address management concerns (sexual harassment, diversity, multiculturalism, etc.) or to enhance cohesiveness and increase productivity (team building, communication, goal setting, etc.). Professional counselors are trained to be competent in these areas and Branches professionals maintain ongoing competency training to be prepared for your businesses needs.
